Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. About Jim McCullaugh
Jim McCullaugh (jimmccullaugh@gmail.com) is currently the Publisher of VFX Voice, the signature publication of the Los Angeles-based Visual Effects Society. He was also the publisher of American Cinematographer magazine and the executive director of the American Society of Cinematographers. Jim started painting with watercolor a number of years ago and then switched to acrylics, both palette knife and brush. Mr. McCullaugh has had his photographs published in various books and magazines including "California 27/7" and Living West and Photography Magazine.
